The USDA Home Loan was designed to serve moderate to low income households in Washington State. Moderate income is defined as the Greater of 115% of the US Median Family Income or the average of the state median family imcome for the respective area. In order to qualify for a USDA Home Loan your household income must be lower than the USDA Income Limits shown below.
