Congress passed the Supplemental Appropriations Bill (which included funding for the USDA program) on Tuesday July 27, 2010, the President signed the bill last night. Now that funds are on the way…the USDA Mortgage Group of Cornerstone Home Lending will begin locking new USDA Home Loan in the next few weeks.
